Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. But our shipping costs and times are determined by our print-on-demand manufacturers. Shipping times also vary greatly based on the customer’s shipping address. The time frame for order deliveries is divided into two parts:
- Processing & Production time: Once your order is verified and paid for it gets automatically sent to our manufacturer which will begin the production. The production time varies from item to item, as they all have different printing techniques. As a point of reference, it can take (on average) 2 days to produce a notebook, 3 days to produce a mug or a T-shirt and 6 days to produce a pillow or a tote bag.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from the manufacturer to the destination. As we ship from both the UK and US, we cannot provide a specific estimate until you place the order, because we have to take your location into calculation as well. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email (if available) where you can check the status of your parcel and a more specific delivery date

WHEN IS MY ORDER GETTING SHIPPED?
As explained above, once your order is processed it can take anywhere from 2 to 6 days for the item to be finalized and anywhere from an additional 3 to 30 days for it to be shipped and arrive at the destination.
This will depend on the location of our manufacturer which differs from product to product, and your shipping address. Please note that international orders require extended shipping time and we are not responsible for delays at customs, nor can we guarantee an exact delivery date.
So if you are purchasing something as a gift, please allow plenty of time for the item to be manufactured and arrive, as we cannot always predict or estimate how long it’s going to take.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
Shipping costs are based on weight (and other factors) and provided directly by our shipping provider. Our shipping costs (and estimated delivery times) can vary depending on your order and location and will be automatically calculated at the checkout.
To see an estimate of the shipping costs of an order, please add all the desired items to cart and add your exact location. You will be able to see the exact shipping charge before checking out.
Please note that any other charges (customs fees, taxes and import duties that might be charged at arrival) are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges vary by country.
WHAT IF I GET A DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEM?
We put a lot of effort into properly producing and packaging our items, but sometimes mistakes happen. In the case of receiving damaged goods, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get a free-of-charge replacement sent your way.

CAN I HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
Most orders placed within the USA and Canada will have a tracking number available and this will be emailed to you by our shipping company as soon as your order is dispatched. However, please note that some international orders may not be provided with a tracking number.
I ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS BUT ONLY RECEIVED ONE. WHERE’S THE REST OF MY ORDER?
Due to the fact that we work with a number of different manufacturers and have a variety of products that are not stocked in-house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you as fast as possible.
This means you may receive one item before the next, depending on the production and shipping timelines. Therefore, if you have received one item but not your full order please don’t worry, it is on its way. OTHER SHIPPING INFO
We will make every effort to deliver your order within estimated timescales. However, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors or events outside our control for example, material shortages, travel or transportation disruption, import delays, software or technical failures or higher than anticipated demand.
You are also responsible for providing a correct shipping address. Please verify your shipping address during the checkout process, prior to submitting your order.
