NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM?
Please read our Returns Policy carefully to see if you’re eligible for a return, replacement or refund. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you made your purchase or your refund request doesn’t meet our policy, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS
In the case of damaged goods, there is no need to send the product back to us. Simply email our Customer Care team at email@example.com with your order number and images of the damaged goods or the order ID and we will send out a replacement right away (free of charge, of course).
- Please note that we will only replace an item if it was damaged upon arrival or had a printing error and if you contact us within 7 days of receiving it with proof.
- In the unlikely case that the replacement also arrives damaged or has the same printing error (and only then), we will offer you a full refund.
Please note that customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. Please verify your shipping address during the checkout process, prior to submitting your order. We are unable to replace any orders that do not comply with this policy or refund them directly.
OTHER RETURN REASONS
Because all our products are manufactured on demand, unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns at this time. If there’s any reason why you would want to return the item that you think it’s justified, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss (we’re very understanding).
Due to this, please make sure to select the correct size/color for the items you purchase (using our sizing guide that you can find on each product page) and to double check your shipping information before you place an order.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund the initial shipping costs in the event that we allow a return. Thank you for understanding!
CANCELING AN ORDER
Orders are processed immediately once they are received so we can get them out to you as soon as possible. We are unable to cancel orders or make changes to your order information. After an order goes into the printing process, we do not allow cancellations nor can we change any of your information, so please make sure to double check your order before placing it.
We cannot exchange a product for another or provide you with store credit.
