HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
Shipping costs are based on weight (and other factors) of the products in your shopping cart and they provided directly by the shipping companies we work with. Our exact shipping costs & estimated delivery times can vary depending on your order and location, so, unfortunately, we cannot give you as specific price or timeline until you place the order.
The final shipping cost will be automatically calculated at the checkout based on the items in your cart and your location so you will get to preview it before you complete the checkout. Please check our Shipping Info page here to find out more about this.
CAN I HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
Most orders placed within the USA and Canada will have a tracking number available and this will be emailed to you by our shipping company as soon as your order is dispatched.
However, please note that some international orders may not be provided with a tracking number.
I ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS BUT ONLY RECEIVED ONE. WHERE’S THE REST OF MY ORDER?
Due to the fact that we work with a number of different manufacturers and have a variety of products that are not stocked in-house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you as fast as possible.
This means you may receive one item before the next, depending on the production and shipping timelines.
Therefore, if you have received one item but not your full order please don’t worry, it is on its way. If you have any further questions about where your purchases may be please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to assist you.
WHAT IF I GET A DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEM?
We put a lot of effort into properly producing and packaging our items, but sometimes mistakes happen. In the case of receiving damaged goods, you can contact us at email@example.com to get a free-of-charge replacement sent your way.

WHAT’S YOUR REFUND POLICY?
- If your item arrives damaged or has a print error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will resend you a replacement product right away, at no extra cost.
- If the replacement is also faulty (and only then) we will issue a refund to cover the costs of the product.
- Please note that if an error is made due to customer error, refunds/returns are not provided. (For example: providing incorrect shipping address, choosing wrong size/ color of products, etc.)

CAN I USE YOUR IMAGES?
We’re so happy that you want to share your love for our products, and you can do so as long as you don’t claim them as your own. Please credit us when using images from our sites and social media pages.
If you want to take your own photos of our products & share them, we would love to feature your work on our social media platforms. Simply use the hashtag #BloggingMode or tag us and we will find you.
HOW CAN I ACCESS MY ACCOUNT?
